Dear Customers,
We received a lot of enquiries about the shiping time of the limited doll orders. Now we would like to put on this notice to explain the current situation.
First of all, we do apologize for the delay in sending out the limited orders. In the previous communication emails the customers who have already made the payment immediatedly after placing the order all got the answer of the order should be able to dispatched in the end of February or in the beginning of March.
Now the situation is that we had a sudden increase in the amount of orders since the 2nd ver male body and the three new dolls were released, plus the casting department only started working after 28th Feb. (Although the public holiday ended on 22nd Feb, the workers in the casting department only returns after 28th Feb.) So the progress of casting the limited dolls were delayed. However, we are doing our best to make sure the order can be sent out asap with the best quality we can make.
We are also aware that there is already one Dark on the DOA forum. That was the only Dark we had released to customer. The owner is actually live in Beijing and very close to our shop. She came in person to collect only the nude doll without face-up, outfits or any accessaries. That's why she was able to have the doll so early.
The first bacth of the limited dolls will start to be dispatched from next week. We will send the orders out according to the payment time rather than the order number. We will send the tracking number to the customers' email address. However, please understand that each of the limited doll will need time for packing, therefore it is impossible for the orders to be sent out at one time.
There are also some delays in the recent regular orders, especially the orders with face-up service. We also apologize to these customers. The sudden increase of the orders makes it very hard for our face-up aritst to keep the original speed, however, we still want to make sure to keep the quality of our face-up.
We totally understand that every customer would like to know when your order is able to be shipped. In the emails, we would give you an estimated time under normal situation. However, we hope you can understand our current situation and ask for your kind forgiveness and patience under such circumstances.
We would be very, very grateful for your forgiveness and patience. And thank you for all your continuous support for Spiritdoll. We are doing our best to provide your with our best quality of the products.
